Reservation information

We require a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance is due 14 days before arrival. During the high season 30 days notice of cancellation must be given or deposit is non refundable. Payment can be made through bank transfers online, or with cash. Credit cards or Paypal are also accepted but a 3% fee is added.

*There is a refundable damage deposit of $300 held during your stay. This is due with your balance owed and is returned usually within 2 days after departure.

*Taxes are not included and may apply.

*Please allow a $60 cleaning fee.

Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check out time is 11 am

Children are welcome but need to be supervised as there are stairs in the house, and the yard is not fenced.
